The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") apply to all websites (each a "Site") owned and operated by Karl Reiter Holding. Karl Reiters Holding consists of the Supreme (Golfhotel Bad Tatzmannsdorf Gesellschaft mbH) and the Finest Family (Avance Hotel GmbH & Co KG).

Your use of these pages is subject to the general terms and conditions, specific terms and conditions on individual pages of these websites and all applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to trademark, copyright and other intellectual property rights. Information submitted by you on this website is subject to Reiters' Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions. These GTC are based on the current official GTC of the Austrian Hoteliers Association.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

General information

You may only use the services of this website if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law. Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, transactions, purchases, activities or other services that occur on this website. These T&Cs do not exclude special agreements and are subsidiary to individual agreements. You agree to comply with these GTC and any applicable additional terms and conditions.

Accounts/Passwords

We may allow you to access and use certain areas of the website and other platforms through an account with a user name and password. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information requested during the registration process and for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, log-in and account information. You are responsible for all use of the Website by you or third parties through your user account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. It is your sole responsibility to monitor the distribution and use of your account access and to notify us if you wish to terminate your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these provisions.
Credit card information

We do not store any payment information about credit cards or other payment methods. All online transactions are processed through our payment service provider, Hobex payments system. We are not responsible for any misuse of the payment methods offered by Hobex payments system.

Reservations

You may only make reservations and purchases through our website for yourself, your invited guests or a person who has authorized you to do so in advance. Unless you have received prior written consent from Reiters, you may not make reservations or purchases through the Websites for any other purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, commercial purposes (resale of rooms or reservations), advertising, marketing or otherwise making available (including on third party websites) to make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations or to reserve rooms in anticipation of high demand. Reservations that violate the T&Cs may be canceled without notice at the sole discretion of Reiters. Reiters reserves the right to cancel reservations where violations of the T&Cs are discovered late.

Prices & payments

All prices are in Euro (EUR) including VAT and excluding local tax/tourism tax. Invoices are always and exclusively issued in euros. If the period between reservation and contractually agreed service provision exceeds 6 months, Reiters is entitled to charge the currently valid prices, which may not, however, exceed 10% of the prices offered. If an online payment option is available, payment can be made by credit card, EPS and, if applicable, other payment methods.

Effects in the event of epidemics

Under certain circumstances, some areas in the reserve are restricted by law. The details have not yet been determined and may change at any time depending on the situation. We ask for your understanding and would like to point out that such restrictions do not justify any warranty claims, in particular not for price reductions or withdrawal from the contract.

We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of a significant increase in inflation. The calculation is based on the consumer price index 2015=100, whereby the starting point is the month of booking and the calculation is to be made on the basis of the index figure last published by Statistics Austria at the time of your stay, if the index increase then exceeds 5%.

Cancellation by the contractual partner - cancellation fee

If you waive the trip cancellation protection at the time of booking, the following cancellation fees apply to the booked arrangement:
Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 7 days before arrival: 50%
Up to 1 day before arrival: 70%
On the day of arrival/early departure: 100%
With trip cancellation protection: 0% - free of charge until the day of arrival
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Excluded are bookings via Merkur Health.

Information about advertising

Our websites may provide or display information about specific programs, offers, packages or specials ("Specials"). Any such Special is subject to its specific terms, conditions and restrictions. Please read and observe them carefully. Reiters reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Special at any time without notice. Any Special is void if it violates any law.

Links to third party websites

This website contains links to third party websites. Reiters is providing these links to you only as a convenience. The inclusion of these links does not imply in any way that Reiters supports, endorses or approves of the content, products, services or operators on these websites. We make no commitment to monitor or review websites linked to or from our websites. Your use of any such link and linked website is subject to the terms and regulations of that site and is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the practices, services, products or content on third party websites. In addition, you agree that you will not link from your or any third party website to any of our websites without Reiters' prior written consent. In addition, certain actions on our Sites may result in specific forms of advertising from third parties, including information appearing in other windows or on third party websites.

Right to cancel in the event of errors and mistakes

Our pages may contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or other errors. This includes, but is not limited to, information such as fees, room rates or availability. Reiters assumes no responsibility or liability for such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Reiters reserves the right to cancel or not fulfill reservations or information affected by such errors. Reiters reserves the right to make corrections, changes, cancelations and/or improvements to such information or reservations, even after a reservation has been confirmed.

Miscommunication / Lost Transactions

Reiters assumes no responsibility or liability for any communication errors, difficulties, failures or other malfunctions associated with lost, stolen or misdirected transmissions, transactions, entries or messages made to or in connection with our Sites. Reiters is not responsible for any erroneous information associated with any transmission to or transaction on the Sites, regardless of whether such failure is due to system error, user error or human error.

Availability

Our websites are available to the general public via Internet access. They may become unavailable due to maintenance or repair work or due to computer malfunctions, crashes, internet disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. A reference to a product or service on a Site does not imply that such product or service is or will be available at that location. The content on the Sites, including promotional content, is for use and display only to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Any offer of a product or service is void where prohibited by law.

Prohibited uses

Any commercial use of our websites is only permitted with the written permission of Reiters. You may not use our websites to publish unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous or profane content. Any content that constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate the law or these Terms and Conditions is prohibited.

Pet Policy

We are delighted that you are enjoying a stay with us together with your pet. We want to ensure that our furry friends have the most enjoyable and safe stay and welcome dogs 12 months and older at the Reserve.

Please note our house rules:
1) Dogs are to be kept on a lead throughout Reserve and the hotel.
2) Sometimes dogs are just pets and can cause damage. In this case, you assume the responsibility and cost of repairing any damage or additional cleaning requirements (including labor costs).
3) Some places in the Reserve are off limits to animals. You will keep your pet out of all rooms with water, food and drink and the gym. Exceptions to this are the hotel bar, restaurants Traube and Wintergarten in the Hotel Supreme.
4) If anyone from the Reiters team is in your room, be with your pet.
6) You understand that 100 euros will be charged for the final cleaning of a dirty room.

HOTEL GTC

We would like to point out once again that the General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hoteliers' Association also apply to our guests and that our website T&Cs represent a supplement/extension. Should individual provisions of these GTC or the website GTC be invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of online vouchers

General terms and conditions

The contract is concluded with Golfhotel Bad Tatzmannsdorf GmbH, Am Golfplatz 1, 7431 Bad Tatzmannsdorf, hereinafter referred to as Reiters Hotels. Regulations deviating from this are only valid if they have been expressly agreed in writing by both parties. Only persons over the age of 18 are authorized to make purchases in our Internet store.

Conclusion of contract, payment and delivery

The vouchers offered on the hotel website represent a non-binding and noncommittal offer to purchase. The prices quoted are inclusive of any statutory VAT. The online order of a voucher via the Internet constitutes a binding purchase offer by the customer, which Reiters Hotels is entitled to accept within 48 hours by means of an order confirmation via e-mail, whereby the purchase contract is concluded. If no order confirmation is received within the aforementioned period, the purchase offer is deemed to have been rejected and no purchase contract is concluded. The purchased vouchers will be dispatched by Reiters Hotels after receipt of the payment owed on the basis of the concluded purchase contract.
In order to save shipping costs, the purchased vouchers can also be paid for by credit card, EPS or instant bank transfer, in which case the vouchers can be sent free of charge by e-mail and printed out by the customer. If requested by the customer, the vouchers will also be sent by post in the event of payment by credit card or instant bank transfer. No liability is accepted for any delay in delivery by post. If the voucher ordered online has already been sent to the customer before Reiters Hotels has received or credited the payment to be made for it, the voucher is not valid until full payment has been made and Reiters Hotels is entitled to withhold the services securitized in the voucher until full payment of the fee owed for it has been made.

Vouchers

In the case of online vouchers, please note that these are sent to the customer by Reiters Hotels with a forgery-proof code. As the customer can print out the voucher themselves, several prints are possible, but only one print is relevant in terms of value and can be redeemed. The first voucher redeemed in the voucher management system with the corresponding barcode is regarded as the original and must be debited from Reiters Hotels immediately after redemption. Should further vouchers with the same code appear, this constitutes misuse and will result in criminal prosecution. As a voucher can be passed on or given as a gift, there is no obligation or possibility on the part of Reiters Hotels to check the right of ownership of the redeemer. When the voucher is redeemed, it is only checked whether the corresponding barcode has actually been released by the system and whether the corresponding voucher has actually been paid for.

Lost vouchers will not be replaced. Vouchers can also not be returned for cash value. If the value of the voucher is more than the service consumed, a new voucher will be generated with the remaining value. In such a case, there is no entitlement to a cash payment of the outstanding voucher amount. Reiters Hotels is not obliged to accept unpaid vouchers as a means of payment. For operational reasons, the services listed in the voucher can only be provided or guaranteed by the establishment if a corresponding and timely reservation has been made. The service described in the voucher may vary slightly depending on the circumstances, but must not represent a relevant reduction in value for the guest. Should Reiters Hotels have to close or give up for any reason, the online vouchers expire without compensation. This is also the case if the business demonstrably changes ownership. In such a case, Reiters Hotels cannot be held liable as the original issuer of the vouchers.

Validity, period of validity

Vouchers have no expiration date and can be redeemed at any time. All other vouchers are redeemable upon prior request and availability and are valid for one year from the date of issue stated on the voucher. Each voucher can only be redeemed once, which is ensured by a barcode or voucher number linked to the voucher.

Cash redemption, invoicing

It is not possible to redeem the voucher or the value represented by it in cash. A VAT-compliant invoice with corresponding proof of tax can only be issued at the time of redemption of the voucher and thus the actual provision of the service.

Security guarantee, data protection

Your security is our top priority! For this reason, data such as credit card number, bank code, account number, name and address are transmitted via certified payment providers using their protected SSL line in accordance with PCI guidelines. This means that no unauthorized person can read the data you enter during transmission over the Internet. In order to provide additional security in the voucher store, we apply a number of additional security measures. Your details are processed automatically by us. On the basis of the general terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive advertising information from Reiters Hotels. This data will not be passed on to third parties.

Exchange, right of withdrawal

Please return vouchers that do not meet your expectations within 14 days of sending them to us. It is necessary that the written declaration of withdrawal (revocation) is received by Reiters Hotels within 14 days. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply if use of the service has already begun within the withdrawal period. This right of return only applies to customers who qualify as consumers. In the event of loss, theft or invalidation of vouchers, no compensation can be provided by Golfhotel Bad Tatzmannsdorf GmbH.

Place of jurisdiction

Austrian law shall apply exclusively to all contractual relationships.
The place of jurisdiction is Eisenstadt Regional Court, Burgenland, Austria.
