Southern Burgenland boasts over 300 days of sunshine a year and the climate is classified as warm and temperate. The average annual temperature is around 9°C and even in the driest months there is intermittent rainfall. June and July are the hottest months with temperatures of up to 33°C. In the winter months, the average daily temperature drops to 4-6°C.

We are 137 km from Vienna Airport, the journey takes about 90 minutes.
Graz Airport is 91 km away and the journey takes around 60 minutes.

We are happy to organize a transfer for you from the airport, train station or private address. A reservation +2 days in advance is necessary.

Vienna is connected to Bad Tatzmannsdorf and Oberwart by daily scheduled buses (line G1). The reserve transfer from your bus stop is of course free of charge, a reservation +1 day in advance is necessary.

Guaranteed room check-in with spa & wellness use is from 3 pm. Earlier room occupancy (against surcharge) depends on the booking situation and can be requested from our vacation hotline by 6 pm the day before at the earliest.

Please note that rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. You are welcome to enquire about room availability for your day of departure on site from 6 p.m. the evening before.

Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, afternoon cake, multi-course dinner menu or buffet, ice cream & drinks (non-alcoholic drinks, high-quality spirits, cocktails and wine), childcare, wellness area incl. saunas & activity program. A detailed list can be found in our inclusive services.

Lunch is included on the day of departure. If you would like to bring lunch forward, you can make a request on our vacation hotline by 6 p.m. on the day before your arrival.

There are a limited number of pet-friendly rooms with a small, fenced garden. Please note our policy. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness or pool area. You are welcome to spend time with your four-legged friend in the lobby, directly opposite reception. Please request other animals (cats, horses) in advance by telephone.

In our underground parking garage you will find charging stations for all common e-cars. Here you can conveniently charge your vehicle with direct access to the hotel for an additional charge.

We offer a wide range of follow-on milk & HIPP products. We have our own toddler & baby buffet and freshly prepared baby porridge every day.

If you suffer from food allergies or intolerances, we will be happy to take these into consideration. We kindly ask you to inform us in writing at least 3 days before your arrival. In the case of particularly severe allergies, please also let us know exactly which foods you are not allowed to eat. We offer a small selection of gluten-free and lactose-free dishes throughout the day. Additional requests will be charged for. We do not offer special diets.
Vegetarians/vegans: We offer an all-day vegetarian or purely plant-based menu in our restaurants.

The wellness area incl. saunas is included free of charge from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 3 pm on the day of departure.

The loungers and baskets at our pools and in the spa area are available on a first come, first serve basis.

From Kasimirs Waterworld to the thermal spa and the Yin-Yang-Spa, you will find a fun and wellness oasis on over 4,400 m² that will make everyone happy.

Yes, there is a bike, e-bike and e-mountain bike rental service. In the warm season, there are weekly guided bike tours through the beautiful landscape around our hotel. The Bahntrassen cycle path and the Burgenland trails are also in the immediate vicinity.

As part of our activity and adventure program, we also offer various yoga sessions.

Southern Burgenland is an enchanting landscape for slowing down and has a touch of originality.
