Employee trips
Every year, our employees have the opportunity to take part in a unique staff trip. We have already been to Barcelona, Las Vegas, Dubai, Caribbean cruise, South Africa, New York ... In-house events such as shows, musicals, concerts and theatre performances are open to employees and free of charge.
Free meals
Meals during working hours can be taken free of charge in the respective staff canteen. Apprentices and trainees also enjoy free meals on non-working days. Mineral water, tea and coffee are free with lunch.
Employee residence
Working and living in the realm of our animals. Trendy residential units with kitchenette, anteroom, bathroom, WC etc. There is a staff common room and a fitness room directly in the staff residence - for a small fee.
Child care
As we know how difficult it is to find suitable childcare at weekends and during holiday periods, we offer the option of childcare (from the 6th month) in our hotel's own children's club from Monday to Sunday (8am to 9pm) - for a small fee.
Leisure activities
The Base Camp is our employee hotspot with many attractions such as table tennis, air hockey, darts, table football, tennis courts, bouldering hall, cosy seating areas, bike hire and discounted drinks prices in the café.
What is good for our guests is also available to our employees: Horse riding, swimming, golf, running, zoo and more.
Additional days of holiday
Sunday is an important day for friends and family! The needs of our employees are important to us. We therefore give every employee an extra day's holiday for every 10 Sundays worked. This can add up to an extra week's holiday a year, which we donate voluntarily.
4-day-week
Without sacrificing money, you work 10 hours a day for 4 days and have an extra day a week to do sport, relax or spend time with friends and family. The well-being of our employees is important to us, which is why we offer the four-day week in all areas where it can be sensibly implemented.
Flexible working time model
Our employees benefit from flexible working hours and part-time models just as much as we do. Wherever possible, we try to take the wishes of our team members into account and work together to create flexible working time solutions.
